Prices include VAT where applicable.

Refund & Returns Policy
Because mushroom biltong is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns once products have been delivered.
We will gladly assist if:

- The product is unfit for consumption.

Orders are normally packed within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared and then sent via Courier from which point in time the estimated delivery applies.
Estimated delivery:
Major Centres: 1–3 business days
Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct.
Should a parcel be returned because an incorrect delivery address was supplied, additional courier charges may apply.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
